Island spices from French Guiana to Martinique explode into a bold, tropical coulis, adding a flavorful exclamation mark to your favorite grilled meat or seafood. Marinate! Use 2 Tbsp for every lb of meat, then grill, bake or bbq. Perfect with fish or meat! Cook! Ceviche: 2 cups Chilean sea bass or white fish-diced, chop ¼ cup of each: cilantro, tomato & onion.
