Cook! Ceviche: 2 cups Chilean sea bass or white fish-diced, chop ¼ cup of each: cilantro, tomato & onion. Add 1 cup lime juice, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp Shiloh's Caribbean Hot Sauce and salt to taste.
Refrigerate 30 min before serving.
